Cola Pork Chops

Awesome recipe. Even the six year old couldn't get enough of them. I actually only had Cherry Cola and tried it anyways, they turned out tender and yummy. this will now me a staple recipe in my house.

Cumin Turkey Burgers

I made these tonight. The were awesome. They only thing I didn't put in was the jalapenos because I didn't have them. My boyfriend and his kids are very finicky about burgers and these hit a home run. They were very moist, very flavorful and so simple. I think it is the best turkey burger recipe I have ever made.

Double Chocolate Mocha Trifle

I made this and it was gone in 15 minutes at my family function. The perfect dessert. I also switched it up for another family using cranberry pudding cake and white chocolate pudding. I used caramel for the candy flavor and omitted the coffee.

Mustard Crusted Tilapia

This was an awesome recipe. I added a little more fresh grated Parmesan after putting the herb paste on the fish before adding the bread crumbs. I think the next time I would cut down the oregano a bit. Overall though it was fabulous. I would rate it higher if I could.

Cinnamon Rolls I

These are fabulous. My kids get excited when they see me make them now. I however mix my cinnamon in with the butter instead of sprinkling it and they turned out great.
