I followed this recipe as precisely as possible, and while the filling came out nicely, the dough was too salty and dense. I will be going elsewhere for this recipe from now on. A Disappointment.

Carrot Cake

I was surprised, that with all the seemingly positive reviews, I had to change so much of the recipe in order to get a decent cake... What I ended up with was a five-star cake, but as there were so many changes I had to make, I could not call this a five-star recipe.

Pizza Crust II

i found this to be a good pizza crust. I however found that I did not need as much flour as called, and with a 2/3rds recipe amount only got 2 crusts. It tastes amazing, although I will be trying putting more seasonings into the dough next time

Honey Wheat Bread II

very good bread~ I doubled the honey it have a great texture, but salt level was noticeably low, but still tasty~ I will double the salt and yeast next time. both loaves were gone in less than 24 hours!

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies III

I made these a couple weeks ago - and was blown away on how amazing they were! A definite hit with my friends & my family! they were all gone before I could fully enjoy them myself! The moist cake-like texture was amazing! Next time I make these, I'm going to try adding more pumpkin for a stronger flavor!

makes a really good cookie. it is really good with a lemon glaze. aprox 1/2 tbs butter melted 1 cup confectioners sugar 4 teaspoon lemon uice

awesome recipe! the 30 servings is confusing though, i thouhgt it was 30 cookies, so i doubled it, and got close to 200 cookies. -- i don't think my sizes were the same as the recipe recomended though

Bacon Chicken II

a good recipe, but the bacon did not crisp, it was as tender as the chicken... perhaps it would be crisp if cooked by itself first. and 18 0z bbq-sauce is too much, it pools around the chicken, and carmelizes on the pan, making it hard to clean. I'd recomend using about half the ammount of sauce recomended. i also cooked it for 35 minutes and it came out fine.
