I have a super busy life with 2 kids,2 dogs, 3 cats,3 fish and a husband who is a police officer and hardly ever comes home at the same time every night. When I first got married I worked full time as a police officer and swore I would Never cook for anyone...Well that has changed. Our schedule is nuts and I like to find easy meals that taste great and doesn't take too much time but I also like to dive into more complicated stuff when time allows. My husband loves soups and goes crazy over my White Cheddar Soup. I love to cook now but I am still learning but have come a long way from the days when I swore I would NEVER cook for anyone.

Pesto Chicken Penne Casserole
Ok, I did what most did and halved the pesto, the store only had small jars of pesto so that's what I used, other than that I followed the recipe to a T. A lot of people commented that it was too much so I made the whole recipe and divided it into 3, 9" foil pie tins and we ate one and I froze the other two for future dinners. My 7 year old son wasn't trilled but my husband and I loved it and I will be making this again. I loved the fact it made enough to freeze for future dinners! THANK YOU!

Brooke's Best Bombshell Brownies
I only made one small change and it was WORTH IT! I used 2 cups white sugar and 1 cup brown sugar which helped with the chewyness. I love this recipe and it will be from today til forever be my go to brownie recipe. Thank you Brooke!

Lemon Soup
I gave this 5 stars because it's a great start. I made this and when I tested it, I liked it but I thought I could add to it. I started with adding cooked rice as some other reviewers did. I then added a few Tbs of butter,another lemon, cooked shredded chicken, and fresh spinach that I just tore apart and cooked into the soup. If you don't like the froth then just let the soup sit on low for a while and a lot of the froth will go away, I liked it both ways. This soup can be as simple or as complicated as you wish. This will be a great addition to my recipe box! Thanks!
