Fresh Semolina and Egg Pasta

Reviewed: Nov. 26, 2012
I am sooo glad I found this recipe! I have been looking for a good recipe to work with my pasta maker forever, none of the other one works, but this one rocks! I now can make fresh pasta even on a work day, with in an hour!! I followed the recipe as is, but used my stand up mixer for the kneading, it looks real dry but I resisted adding anything to it, and I am glad I didn't! The dough soften up nicely after the rest. Thank you so much! Our family of 4 ate up the entire batch in one go!

Carrot Souffle

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2009
super easy! I have never made souffle before, and this was awesome! the only thing I changed was to half the sugar. my 8 year old nomally don't like carrot much, he ate half of the souffle (that's 1lb of carrot!!!) he stopped only because I made him save some of the rest of the family. thank you so much for such a great recipe!

Low Fat Full Flavor Cream of Broccoli Soup

Reviewed: May 15, 2013
Very good and very easy!! I only had one head of broccoli, so I added one cup of green pea in there, so good, my 12 year old licked the bowl :) Thanks for sharing such a tasty, easy and healthy recipe!

Sweet Dinner Rolls

Reviewed: Feb. 10, 2013
Excellent recipe! I was looking for a dinner roll that would be slightly sweet, and bake up perfectly in 2 - 9 inches cake pans, it was prefect! I always struggle to get a nice evenly brown top for any of my bread, but these baked up soooo pretty. I made one batch with coconut milk and coconut oil (instead of milk and butter), and the aroma was unbelievable!! I can foresee myself using this as a base for all sorts of buns :)

Peanut Butter Chip Chocolate Cookies

Reviewed: Oct. 18, 2008
not sure what went wrong, but I followed the recipe exactly, however these come out WAY to dry for my liking. I really gave it a good try, I baked 3 batches, the 1st for 10 min, the 2nd for 9 min, and the 3rd for 8, hopeing it will not be as dry. with the 8 min batch comes out looking under cooked, but still tasted dry! my kids usually can't stop eating fresh baked cookies, but they didn't even want 2nd. I had to forced them to do the taste test for me....
