Delicious bread! I didn't have evaporated milk so I just used regular milk and it turned out pretty good. Froze the 3 loaves and use them for a toasted breakfast. Taste doesn't change much at all this way and I don't waste any!

Classic Peanut Butter Cookies

These turned out pretty good. I didn't have any brown sugar so I used regular sugar and the taste was still fantastic. Would make them again!

Carrot Cake III

I changed it with the 1 cup brown sugar, 1 cup white and added more cinnamon and nutmeg into it. It was just semi - sweet but I frosted it with Vanilla frosting, it was excellent!

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

These were ok, I cut down the sugar but to make them really good you need to add whipped cream or icing and non - pareils on top and also candies if you can.

Jay's Signature Pizza Crust

Turns out rather well! Need to add more flour than is stated. Makes a nice crust, I add Italian seasoning into the crust mix, tastes even better!

Banana Crumb Muffins

Used a little less sugar and forgot to add the butter into the mix silly me! Still turned out super yummy. 4 stars instead of 5 due to my own fault and my wife said they were just so - so but I loved them/

Whipped Shortbread Cookies

Wow! This recipe turned out great with margarine, I don't know why they said it would work. My wife told me it was just about the best cookies I had ever made. 11/10 and so easy to make! I had to stop myself from eating too many, they were just too delicious. Turned out nice and solid too, not chewy. Just enough so when you bit into it it all crumbles in your mouth and melts away, wonderful!
