Panettone I
To really punch up the flavor, I added an extra 1/4 C of sugar, and the zest of an entire large orange, in addition to the lemon zest called for. I also substituted chopped dried apricots for the raisins and currants, because Starbucks used to have Apricot Panettone and we adored it. Next time I make it I will also add an additional tsp of vanilla (to make 2 tsp total). I will definitely make this again - it was excellent.

Italian Green Bean Chicken
We love this recipe, with a few modifications. I only use 2 diced chicken breasts for the whole recipe and then add a can of garbanzos. I also add black olives (sliced in half, lengthwise). I then make a simple polenta to serve the chicken over. My husband and both kids (3 & 4) eat it up!

Awesome and Easy Creamy Corn Casserole
A great addition to this dish is a teaspoon of dried thyme. (Thyme and corn pair so nicely.) Like other reviewers, I found it needed an extra 8-10 minutes of baking time, but otherwise came out perfectly. It was very easy to make, and goes especially well with ham.
