Healthier Banana Crumb Muffins
I made a few changes but the basic recipe is a good start. I added 1 Tablespoon of cinnamon to the muffin mix and added 1/4 tsp to the topping mixture. I subbed applesauce for the 1/3 c butter for an even healthier muffin. I did use butter for the topping and regretted it because it soaked through the muffin and the cups were sitting in butter when I took them out of the oven. I will try applesauce for the topping next time. I will definitely make these again though. I'm trying hard to NOT eat them all right away. Thanks for sharing the recipe!

Apple Brownies
I would give this a 5 if it were actually a brownie. This is definitely more like a cake. I made mine in an 8x8 pan and the cooking time was perfect. I did make a few adjustments, subbed Strawberry Applesauce for the butter; I didn't use a full cup of sugar and will use even less next time, but I use sweet apples, Gala; I added twice the cinnamon, 2 tsp; no walnuts, a lil extra flour, 2 Tbs(roughly?), and added the apples last. It turned out amazing and I will make this again for sure ... with my changes! =D Thanks for the recipe and the reviews to help me make a great treat!! I might try a crumble topping next time since it is so close to a coffee cake! Great warmed up with coffee for breakfast!

Egg-Free Low-Fat Oatmeal Cookies
This was a great find! My son had a classmate who had every food allergy under the sun (except to Gluten!) so I was happy to find a treat that he could share with EVERYONE in his class. I did not make these with Raisins (simply because I hate baking with raisins) and opted for Mini-Chocolate chips instead. And as always, I add twice as much cinnamon as a recipe calls for. Great base recipe!
