Grandmother's Buttermilk Cornbread

Reviewed: May 27, 2009
This recipe is perfect if you like cake-y cornbread. Since I wanted to serve these as lunch, I slightly increased the buttermilk and slightly decreased the butter. I also only used 1/2 cup of sugar. They turned out very yummy!

Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies III

Reviewed: Apr. 17, 2009
If you love peanut butter, you will adore these cookies. I had to make a lot of them and didn't have time so I didn't read any reviews. That was not really necessary at all. The only thing to mention is that putting the fork in water before pressing on the cookie helps a lot. And for some reason my filling was a bit dry so I had to add more cream. But the amount of filling was just perfect! Like everything else as well. Extremely delicious cookies!

One Bowl Chocolate Cake III

Reviewed: Feb. 17, 2009
Hmm...very yummy! very moist and very chocolaty! One of the best chocolate cakes I've ever made! I followed some reviewer's advice and increased the cocoa but that's not necessary. Do exactly what the recipe says, and you'll get a very, very good chocolate cake!

Clone of a Cinnabon

Reviewed: Feb. 17, 2009
Oh my God! (If there is a God existing.) I can't belive how delicious this was. My whole family adored these! Even my brother who always sais he doesn't like cinammon. All right, I thought about adding raisins, but I'm glad I didn't. They are perfect as they are! The only thing is the sweetness..I did not even try to make the frosting because I knew it would be over-sweet and I will reduce the brown sugar to 3/4 cup next time. Well, I've accepted that Americans love oversweet stuff. I'm just half American ;) Amazing recipe! My fam will probably make me make these ever 2 weeks^^

Blueberry Cream Muffins

Reviewed: Feb. 12, 2009
These muffins are amazing! All right, I used one cup brown sugar and one cup white sugar. As I ran out of flour, I used 3 cups of flour and one cup oatmeal. I will never do something else. My blueberries made the dough gray although I was careful, but so far so good. I put the first tray in the oven, and although I'm usually a good baker, I realized I had forgotten the oil! =/ To make it short, they turned out to be wonderful diet muffins, really! Healthy and yummy, just a tiny little bit hard. For the next tray, I added oil and they were deliciouuuus! Best blueberry muffins ever! =)

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople

Reviewed: Dec. 29, 2008
This is THE best but simple apple pie, Ever! I admire those people who read all the reiviews before baking and than summarize everything in one review. I'm too lazy to do that but I'm glad others are not! Anyways, this apple pie was really good. But I added cinammon and nutmeg, and it was even better. This smoooooth sauce was amazing! Next time, I will cook the apples to get out the water cause my filling was running(?) aaand I will mis the sauce with the apples while cooking and then fill in the crust. I'm sure it's gonna work. =) I just have to find out what to do to make it look better^^ Haven't made the perfect crust yet^^ Respect!!
