Spicy Fry Sauce

In So. Calif. during the 70's all my friends and I lived at Bob's Big Boy. They had a fry sauce called T & S (tomato and spice) that NO ONE but me remembers it. I think I must be crazy. This isn't it but it gave me good memories. Thanks!

Cream Corn Pork Chops

I make this recipe slightly different and I think more tasty. I season the chops w/ s&p and fry them and some onion in a little oil til brown but not cooked through. Place in baking dish and cover with creamed corn, bake at 350 uncovered for at least an hour, the longer you bake the more carmelized the corn becomes. The chops stay nice and moist too.

Caryn's Chicken

I make this with fresh juice and lots of black pepper. I also mince fresh jalapeno and add with the green onions. Frozen/defrosted chicken tenders work really well. Sometimes I finish the sauce with a pat or two of butter to gloss it. I feel no guilt, it's delicious.

My mother always added fresh lemon juice and some brown sugar to her tomato sauce. It makes a big difference!

Mexican Style Shredded Pork

To Nelepope in UK. Cilantro is a green herb that looks like Italian parsley but tastes totally different. (sometimes called coriander) I see Jamie Oliver & Nigella Lawson use it constantly so it's available. You can buy smoked jalapenos in adobo sauce in the can (chipotles) or Tabasco makes a chipotle flavor hot sauce as do many other brands. Chipotle is HOT.
