Juicy Roasted Chicken

This chicken was sooo... delicious!! Only the bare bones were left at the end of the day, which was good for me because I used them to make some chicken soup, which I have to say was one of the best I've ever made! Never let anything go to waste!

Crustless Spinach Quiche

We really liked this recipe, I had to change a few things because of what I had on hand. But overall this was a good, easy, fast breakfast, especially if you are cooking for a bunch of people.

Lemon Thyme Chicken

I liked this dish, but I thought it was too lemony. If I make this again I would try using 2tbs. of lemon and add some extra salt to the sauce too.
