Simple Ranchy Breaded Fish Fillets

Reviewed: Dec. 7, 2010
This had a good flavor, but I think a whole package of the dressing mix was a bit much for just two pieces of fish.

Flatlander Chili

Reviewed: Oct. 17, 2010
I made this chili exactly as the recipe called and it was fantastic!! I; however, didn't cook it for the 1 1/2 it suggested because we were too hungry. We let it cook for about 30 minutes and it still gets great reviews from us. I served it with rice and also with fritos and it was great with both! I will certainly keep this recipe handy.

I served this with veggies and everyone loved it. Be prepared...this recipe makes a lot. I will probably decrease the amounts next time.

Catherine's Spicy Chicken Soup

Reviewed: Jun. 1, 2010
This was wonderful! Instead of adding the sour cream in the soup I added it to the top of each serving so each person could put as much as they wanted. Topping it with avacado and chips really hit the spot! I will be making this again for the family soon :)

Peanut Butter Noodles

Reviewed: Jan. 12, 2009
These noodles had a great flavor although next time I would try adding a few other ingredients to make it more interesting. Perhaps some chicken and other vegetables would make this recipe a five...it is really close. Enjoy!

Asian Tuna Patties

Reviewed: Jan. 12, 2009
I came across this recipe simply to make something besides tuna salad for the many cans of tuna that we had. We were quite impressed with these patties. They were full of flvor and moist as well. I doubled the Terriyaki sauce and also added about a tablespoon on chinese plum and chili sauce which was a great addition. I also increased the garlic a bit. We will certainly make these patties again and look forward to sharing this recipe with others.

Quick and Easy Tuna Casserole

Reviewed: Jan. 7, 2009
I was very impressed of how tasty this was considering how easy it was. As others also suggested, I added about 1 cup of milk for a creamier consistency. It was too thick without it. I also sauteed the onions with butter and garlic salt prior to adding it to the soup mixture. Enjoy!

Monkey Bread V

Reviewed: Nov. 23, 2008
I have seen many versions of this recipe and they are all pretty much the same. It would be difficult to mess this recipie up. The combination of butter, sugar, cinnimon and bisquits always makes it a hit. I always make this for brunch at the in-laws and it's always gone. If you want to make it even more sinfully delicious you can first add walnuts and chocolate chips to the pan before adding the bisquits. Yummy!

Peanut Butter KELLOGG'S® RICE KRISPIES TREATS®

Reviewed: Nov. 23, 2008
I made these for a family gathering since Rice Krispies Treats are always a hit with people of all ages. The peanut butter flavor was good, but I would suugest using more marshmallows since it did come out a bit drier than the original rice krispies treats. Enjoy!

Bermuda Spinach Salad

Reviewed: Oct. 19, 2008
Great salad! The dressing is simple and tastes wonderful. It's the dressing that truly makes this salad! I added in some cooked chicken breast, almonds, snap peas and dried cranberries to make this great salad a main dish. Everyone raved about it!
