I am going to rate this a 4 star due to the recipe should state a 9 inch deep dish because of the amount of filling once everything is mixed. I ended up with two pies...I am NOT unhappy..it is good...I just wish it was in a deep dish instead.

One Egg Lemon Pound Cake

This cake was easy to make but I have a problem with the salt taste after it finish baking. I think the one teaspoon is to much. I will make it again but the salt will be reduce or eliminated. Thanks for sharing.

Cream Cheese Pound Cake I

I made this cake for my brother birthday exactly the way it is written and baked it in a bundt pan with some batter left over so I made some mini loaves one word...WONDERFUL!!!. I have a request to make it again already. Thank you for sharing.

Quick and Easy Peach Cobbler

I made this for the adults at a birthday party and I tell you it was gone before I knew it. I didn't get a chance to taste it but everyone said it was very good.I will be making it again. Thanks for sharing

Chantal's New York Cheesecake

I made two of these one 9" and a 10" the 10" I gave to a cheesecake expert and it was rated a 10 1/2..the 9" I kept for my family and they loved it even with the mistake I made by adding a 1/4 cup more milk but it only came out smoother. My daughter said it was rich and grandson love it and I LOVE IT!!! and it was my first homemade one. Thank you Ms. C for sharing.

Barlow's Blackened Catfish

I myself also cut the salt all the way out and the cayenne pepper in half however I did use the butter didn't like the out come next time I will use some olive oil instead due to I don't really like blackened anything. So just to cook the seasoning and precook the fish will be fine with me. However it was good to my husband and we had a zucchini and yellow squash with clam meat salad instead of the rice.

Sour Cream Salad Dressing

I was looking for a salad dressing with sour cream and this is what I found but the end result I did not like. Therefore I added some regular prepared mustard, salt, ground black pepper and zesty Italian dressing due to it was still to thick for me enough to make it pourable and put the rest in the refrigerator in a bottle. Thanks for the starter recipe.
