I love to bake. This is something I have just really gotten into. I am really excited about learning new techniques.

I love love love hot pepper grits! That is my fav holiday traditional food.
My cooking triumphs
I have recently learned how to make pie crust. Now I am about to learn how to make MM fondant!
My cooking tragedies
Biscuits, it seems I never put enough oil in them. They are nice on the inside but somewhat hard on the outside. I am getting better though.
