I made this exactly as written with my zojirushi bread machine. It came out really good; The best bread that has come out of that machine.

Baked Chicken Nuggets

Reviewed: Nov. 7, 2010
These are really good! I like to cut them up into bite sized pieces in put them in garden salads! Only difference is I half the thyme and basil. I'm just picky about those herbs.

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Reviewed: Nov. 7, 2010
Very good! However, I personally prefer the flatter dumplings. Instead of using the refrigerated biscuit dough, I use a recipe and make them really flat.

Libby's® Pumpkin Roll with Cream Cheese Filling

Reviewed: Nov. 7, 2010
This is the first pumpkin roll I've made, and it turned out great! I was always worried about making something like this, but there were no problems! Only thing I did differently was I used wax paper instead of a towel!

Chicken Scampi II

Reviewed: Nov. 7, 2010
YUM! I do add more garlic than called for, and I add colorful bell peppers. Next time I may try cutting the butter in half though. Very very good!

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Reviewed: Nov. 7, 2010
This is by far my favorite fish recipe! The ONLY difference I make is I use about 1/2 the basil. VERY GOOD!

Heavenly Hot Dog Sauce

Reviewed: Nov. 7, 2010
This is very good, the only sauce I ever use on hot dogs. I have tweaked it some over time to give it a little more kick, although it is still very good, 5 star rating without the tweaks. I use beef broth instead of water. I also shake in some paprika and onion powder. DELICIOUS!

This tasted very good, but I thought it was a little too dry.

Chinese Chicken Fried Rice II

Reviewed: Nov. 7, 2010
This is really good, however, there is too much pepper in it for my husband and I, so I don't usually put that much. I also usually omit the chicken and use this as a side dish! Very good, just be cautious of the pepper.

Baked Orange Roughy Italian-Style

Reviewed: Oct. 28, 2009
I thought this was a good recipe to top fish off, but next time I will use a different fish, perhaps tilapia.

Crab Crusted Grouper

Reviewed: Oct. 28, 2009
I used this topping on tilapia and it is always delicious! I use green bell pepper instead of jalapeno, and I never did find any parmesan cheese bread crumbs, so what I do, is I add 1 T of bread crumbs, and 1 T of parmesan cheese. It's still really good!

Angela's Awesome Enchiladas

Reviewed: Oct. 28, 2009
These are absolutely delicious! I crave them all the time. I find it easy to use the canned chicken, it's really easy to just put it in a pan and shred it up with a spatula. I also don't use the green chilies or black olives. Other than that, everything is the same (although I never do measure out my cheese! :), so I prob do use more than that!)

Strawberry Cake from Scratch

Reviewed: Oct. 28, 2009
I made this last night and it was delicious! I will def. be making again! I did not have whole milk, so I just used 2%, and my strawberries weren't already sweetened so I just added a little sugar while they were processing. I made these into cupcakes. They are REALLY good, thanks for the recipe.

Ginger Glazed Mahi Mahi

Reviewed: Aug. 7, 2009
I have made this a few times. The only difference I made was I used ground ginger and garlic powder, in place of the fresh. The first time I made this, when I came to step 3, I think I overdid the "glaze" and it had a burnt taste to it, but I've learned from that mistake and it is always delicious now!

Easy Mint Chip Ice Cream

Reviewed: Jul. 19, 2009
O...M...G! This stuff is SOO good! I used mint extract instead of Peppermint. I also did not have mini semisweet chips, so I used reg. size and chopped them up really small in my food processor. After combining and folding everything as directed, I put it into my ice cream machine for 20 minutes, then poured into container (not loaf pan) and placed in freezer...will DEF. make again!!

Uncooked Banana Pudding

Reviewed: Jun. 19, 2009
absolutely the best banana pudding I've ever had! The only substitution I made was I used 2% milk instead of whole, because I didn't have any, and it was still super-delicious!
