Mulligatawny Soup I

Hearty Split Pea Soup

Mashed Potato Cakes

Made these today for a family gathering. This was the first time I had ever made potato pancakes. They came out awesome, everyone loved them! Because of limited space in the oven, I browned them up in a skillet instead of baking them. Will definitely make again!

Meatball Soup

So delicious!!! I omitted the celery and added fresh sliced mushrooms and green peas. Even my picky 8 year old loved it! I used small shells instead of elbow macaroni as well. Will make again!!!
