Chicken Puffs

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2011
Just okay, not TOO much flavor. I would definitely take some of the other recommendations and use a flavored cream cheese and add some spices.

Just okay, nothing over the top and something I'm dying to have again. Just okay.

Easy Never Forgotten Guacamole

Reviewed: Apr. 10, 2010
Very tasty and creamy. I also only used one package of cream cheese and I couldn't imagine it with another, it would've been over the top. I also blended the salsa with all of the other spices because I don't like chunks and it mixed better. Good Luck!

Graham Cracker Crust I

Did NOT need that much sugar. Almost overwhelming. Cut back on that and it would've been 5 stars!

No Bake Cheesecake II

Reviewed: Jan. 31, 2010
Very light and fluffy. I cut back the sugar a touch because it seemed like it didn't need that much. Also there's more of a whipped cream taste than a cream cheese taste so if you like more of the cream cheese taste I would cut back on the whipped cream just a touch also. Very declicious though!

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

Reviewed: Jan. 29, 2010
This dish wasn't super flavorful. We served it over rice and ended up topping with chow mein noodles, cheese and pineapple for Hawaiian Haystacks (or Chinese Sundaes). It was a nice twist if you use the sauce for that. Also, this recipe doesn't really have a "cook on high" option the chicken and sauce ends up burning to the sides.

Savory Chicken Breasts

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2009
Delicious! I also changed the recipe a bit. Instead of using whole chicken breasts I cut 2 breasts into 2 to 3 inch pieces. I also used chicken flavored stuffing mix instead of bread crumbs and then sprinkled parmesan cheese on top of that. I served it over rice and it was great! Very juicy chicken.
