BLT Dip

Reviewed: Jun. 30, 2009
I made this for our company luncheon. Let's just say it is only 9 am it is already half way gone ~ I have gotten so many rave reviews and requests for the recipe!!! I did double the recipe, only used 1 1/2 cups of mayo since some had mentioned too strong of a mayo taste. Added 2 - 8 oz. packages of cream cheese and added some dry ranch seasoning. Too coin a phrase from Rachael Ray...YUMMO!

Broccoli Casserole

Reviewed: Dec. 3, 2007
Made this for our work Thanksgiving dinner and it got rave reviews and again this weekend for a party. Everyone just loves it and asked for the recipe. I used two 16 oz. bags of broccoli florettes. To the rice I added 2 chicken bullion cubes and a few shakes of seasoned salt along w/some ground black pepper. To the cream of mushroom mixture I also added approximately 1/2 cup of sour cream. Left out the processed cheese and used one whole bag of shredded cheese food instead and about 1/2 sleeve of crushed butter-flavored crackers. The first time I made this I used the amount of onion called for and it was a bit too much so I only used 1/4 of a medium sized onion the second time. The flavor was much better. Once in the pan I topped it with slices of cheese food and topped this with two sleeves of crushed butter-flavored crackers. Talk about Heavenly!!! If you like cheese...try it this way. You will love it!

Mahogany Chicken Wings

Reviewed: Jun. 11, 2003
Absolutely the best recipe ever for sweet chicken wings! I did add about 20 shakes of "hot sauce" to them too. My friend who doesn't like hot wings was blown away. He couldn't tell I had added it...he wants another batch tonight. I also used about 1--1 1/2 T. of powdered garlic instead of the garlic cloves. Cooked them for the 50 minutes at 375 and then kicked the heat down to 350 for another 20 minutes and the meat just fell off the bone. I did what another reader suggested...I fixed rice and poured the marinade over it...awesome! You have to try this recipe!

Taco Casserole

My whole family really enjoyed this...especially my 12 year old. He must have told me 50 times that he "just loved" that "taco stuff.!" He wolfed it down and came back for more!!! Even Grammie and Grampie loved it!
