Burgundy Pork Tenderloin

It was good but I have a marinade for pork tenderloin that I like better than this.

Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2009
These are the best oatmeal cookies I have ever had. I don't like cloves that much so I reduced the amt added to less than a 1/2 tsp. The cookies were soft and chewy - just like I wanted!

Sausage Casserole

Reviewed: Jul. 14, 2007
When I made this recipe, I was worried about the cottage cheese in it. My husband and son don't normally eat cottage cheese. I didn't say a word about it and they both LOVED this casserole! It is definitely a keeper! I like it better than the one I have made for years and years. We all loved the hash brown crust. I used frozed hash browns and pre-baked them as suggested in other posts. This is a wonderful recipe!

Kentucky Banana Pudding

Reviewed: Jul. 14, 2007
This was excellent. I took a 9 x 13 pan and placed a package of Lorna Doone cookies on the bottom - all laid out and then added sliced bananas to the top of the cookies and then poured the pudding over the top. I added a container of cool whip to the top of the pudding. Needless to say - it was heaven! It got such rave reviews - even my very picky daughter loved it! It will definitely be made again and again.

Best Ever Banana Bread

Reviewed: Apr. 25, 2007
This is by far the best banana bread we have EVER had! I have tried many different recipes using sour cream, cream cheese, etc. but the buttermilk makes this bread so moist but not "wet". It is perfect. It also works excellent using strawberries instead of bananas. My family loves this bread!

This was the moistest, most flavorful and best tasting turkey I have ever made. I cooked for Thanksgiving and I received rave reviews for it! It is a keeper.

Cream Puffs

The best cream puffs I have EVER had. The heavy cream used with the pudding creates the richest, most indulgent custard tasting filling. It is to die for!

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2007
I've made these cookies for two years now and they are absolutely my favorite cookies. They are exactly as described, crispy on the outside and chewy in the middle. Pure perfection! They also freeze well and taste just like fresh baked when microwaved for about 25 sec.

Fried Butterflied Shrimp

Reviewed: Feb. 3, 2006
This recipe was excellent. My family loved the breaded shrimp - it was nice and light. The batter didn't hold the grease and it tasted nice and fresh - not greasy. I will definitely use this recipe again.

Cinnamon Honey Butter

Reviewed: Jan. 23, 2003
This recipe is wonderful!!! It is just like the spread that we had at the Texas Roadhouse Restaurant. I made this at Christmas and put it into small "glad ware" reusable containers and gave these out as Christmas gifts. I have been asked for this recipe more than any other! My kids and husband beg me to make more when we run out. This is highly recommended!!!
