Slow Cooker Texas Pulled Pork
Very good. I made it just as the recipe says. When I make it again I think I might add a little more spice to it and maybe try to thickin the sauce But it was good as is. This was deliciouse, we had it on wheat buns and had macaroni salad as a side dish.

Nutty Apple Crisp
Very YUMMY!!!! We doubled the topping part of the recipe as some have suggested and used granny smith apples. We served it with vanilla ice cream. We will be making this again, a winner especially during apple harvest season.

Tomatillo Salsa Verde
This was pretty good but if you like heat you will have to add 2 or 3 jalapenos to get the heat. I also had to increase the salt by quite a bit and I added two pinches of sugar. The final result was good.
