Greek Lemon Cake
Excellent. You'll need a large angel food pan. I followed the recipe exactly and made a full bundit for work and a smaller angel food for home. It was the perfect light ending for a large meal.

Sturdy Whipped Cream Frosting
I followed this exactly, and it came out runny. I tried putting it in the freezer to firm up, but it never did. I was very disappointed--it was somewhat expensive and I'm left trying to figure out what to do with the cupcakes I have to have ready tomorrow. I agree with the others--the taste is good.

Oven-Fried Catfish
Really the best oven baked fish I've every tried. I was out of milk, so I lightly brushed the fillets with mayo. These didn't even need a dipping sauce.
