Roast Potatoes

Loved the flavor the rosemary added. The foil definitely needs to be sprayed with Pam - mine were sticking to the foil pretty fiercely when I tried to turn them half-way through. I also think they need to be cooked a couple of minutes longer. Salt - my husband DOES NOT like too much salt on his food. I taste-tested these before I cooked them and I thought they'd end up too salty, however once they were cooked they tasted just fine - not too salty at all.

Vegetarian Meatloaf

LOOOOVED IT! But made it with ketchup after reading varying reviews of BBQ sauce use. Made it for a potluck. Some people didn't see the "vegetarian" sign and were surprised when I told them it wasn't real meat. I had to cook it for an extra 20 mins for it to set properly, though.
