Creamy Chicken Dijon

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2011
So good, i needed a good recipe to make up for the awful meatloaf i made the night before to redeem myself, and this one definately did the trick. I did use 1/4 cup half and half and 1/4 water, but other than that, kept everything the same. Thanks so much for a GREAT recipe!!!

Angela's Awesome Enchiladas

Reviewed: Dec. 15, 2011
SO unbelievably good... i did use the #1 reviewer's idea by putting everything in the crockpot and adding the sour cream and soup mixture and green onions at the end. Thank you so much for sharing this. I will be making again and again and again!

Great recipe as is. Thank you so much for sharing!!! I used 96/4 ground beef and had no problems with the loaf being too greasy at all.

A+++++++++++++ This was so unbelievably good!!! I did cut the vinegar to half as i've never had balsamic vinegar; i'm sure it would've been just as good had i kept it the same. Thank you for such an awesome, tasty, and easy recipe. I will be makng this again and again and again! Can't wait to cook it for company!

Chicken Piccata II

Reviewed: Mar. 7, 2010
Very good, thank you! It was however; a little tart for my taste so i did add some water towards the end. Next time (and there will def. be a next time) i will cut down on the lemon juice just a bit. I bought the thin sliced b/s chicken breasts and they worked wonderfully. Thanks again for the recipe

Chicken Noodle Casserole I

Reviewed: Dec. 29, 2009
4 stars for the great base. Needs lots of seasoning though. I used lots of French's onion rings instead of crackers and threw in some green beans and mushrooms. Like green bean casserole on steroids. It was excellent!!!

Easy Baked Chicken Cordon Bleu

Reviewed: Nov. 18, 2009
Super easy super scrumptious. I am rating this recipe AS IS. Using spaghetti in place of toothpics is a HUGE help . It was a little crunchy to eat, but much easier than dealing with the toothpicks. I also used Broccoli and Cheese soup as a topper which made this recipe a 10+ star in my book. Thanks!

Easy Garlic Broiled Chicken

UNBELIEVABLY AWESOME!!! I had a couple chicken thighs left over so i used both thighs and B/S breasts. Both were so tender and juicy. One of the best recipes i've used in a long time. Will make again, and again, and again, and again. Thank you!
