Ground Beef 'n' Biscuits

Reviewed: Oct. 9, 2009
This was really yummy! I made fresh bisquicks and cooked them only half the the time, then added them to rest of the dish. Everyone said it was bland so I add worchestershire sauce and corn, pretty much whatever veggies you want, one thing I didn't like the celery much.

Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Jul. 24, 2009
These cookies can be tricky and if you get it right they are soo moist and chewy and delicious! I made them the way it says to make them and came out great, also I used jiff peanut butter. The second time I tried like people said, vanilla and less sugar, chocolate chips. It was a horrible cookie, i also used skippy this time and it did taste the same. I say make them the way they say and use Jiff!!

Out of this World Turkey Brine

Reviewed: Dec. 2, 2008
Ok so I will never make another turkey (or chicken) with brine before!!! It was my first Turkey for Thanksgiving and it came out so moist and juicy and delicious!! My father in law has been cooing turkey's all the years and he said that I'm in charge now, WOW!!! So all I did was wash it out after and then between the meat and the skin I rubbed an herb infused butter that I made and the skin came out delicious!!! I added a few more herbs to the brine to, but I made it to the recipe and it still came out delicious!

Chiles Rellenos Pie

This recipe was delicious, My husband and I had friends over and they ate two whole casseroles!! I also boiled two chicken breast with 2 garlic cloves, half an onion, oregano, and some lawry's salt, chopped it up and ladled some chicken broth over it. Also I made one without chicken and my vegetarian friend loved it, I just added more cheese. Instead of jarred salsa I used homemade salsa and topped it with sour cream it was yumm!!
