I love this cake! I used an angel food cake pan (also known as a tube pan) 5 unpeeled, apple juice instead of orange juice and sugared the pan. I also baked it for 60 minutes in a convection oven and it was FABULOUS!!! I will make this again and again and again.

Quinoa Side Dish

I made this tonight without the herbs and with water instead of broth and it was fantastic. Toasting the quinoa made such a difference. My only problem with quinoa is unless I rinse it, it's sandy. That's a turnoff for me. Next time I'm rinsing, then draining well.
