Flourless Chocolate Cake I
This was amazing! I sprayed a springform pan with olive oil and placed the water bath in the oven with it (but the pan itself wouldn't fit in the water bath). The cake was AMAZING! Rich, fudgey, and perfect. Served with raspberry sauce and homemade whipped cream (both recipes from this site, too).

Chicken Enchiladas II
Great base recipe. Following the suggestion of others, I added a few more spices: cumin, smoked paprika, and a dash of cayenne. I also didn't have any green chiles on hand, so I used half a can of chipotle peppers instead, which made it VERY spicy. Yum!
