Reviewed: Oct. 24, 2011
Yummy! My whole family loved it. Best part was how simple and quick it was to make.

Breakfast Casserole II

Reviewed: Oct. 15, 2011
This casserole was easy AND delicious! I layered the ingredients using the potatoes as my base layer. Since I didn't have any potato rounds on hand, I used the seasoned waffle fries I had in my freezer. They added a great flavor to this dish. What we didn't finish for dinner, we devoured at breakfast the next day. This one's a keeper!

Turkey Bow Tie Skillet

Reviewed: Jun. 1, 2010
tastes great even if you don't have all the veggies on hand. I just used onion and garlic. Reminds me of old-fashioned "beefaroni" only leaner.

Alfredo Primavera

Reviewed: Feb. 11, 2010
This was very delicious. After finishing seconds, my husband asked me to please make it again soon. I chopped the veggies very small in my food processor to make it more appealing to my kids.

Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies from Heaven

Reviewed: Jul. 2, 2009
Not bad. Note: if you use salted butter, omit the salt in the recipe (unless you like salty cookies). I also recommend adding another 1/2 to whole cup more chocolate chips. Original recipe only yielded about 3 chips per cookie.

Authentic German Potato Salad

Reviewed: Jun. 25, 2009
My husband and son love potatoes, but hate traditional potato salad with mayo. This was a huge hit for them. Luckily I made a double batch! Note: Red potatoes are a great short cut since you don't need to peel them, plus they add nice color to the dish!

A-Number-1 Banana Cake

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2009
This was so moist! I didn't have buttermilk so took another's advice and substituted light sour cream. I also whipped up a half batch of "Cream Cheese Frosting II." Very popular at the New Year's dinner party.

Chicken Pot Pie IX

Reviewed: Dec. 15, 2008
This was outstanding. I doubled the gravy as others suggested, though I ended up with a lot leftover (just couldn't fit it all). Nonetheless, it was very moist and I'll save the extra gravy to make a second pie. Also, it helps to use a wisk when making the gravy to blend the flour. Well worth the effort!
