I am a very busy full time working gal who loves to cook in what free time I get. I began watching my mother cook at a young age and began cooking as soon as I could. I am a Southern girl and love southern food but will cook anything once. I like to pick a new recipe every week from a different part of the world and master it, adding my own twist to it. The holidays are an especially fun time!!!

Pork Tenderloin Diablo
I made this last night as a birthday dinner for my father and I followed the recipe exactly as written and it was wonderful! Smokey, creamy, and just the right amount of spice. Everyone loved it and I will def be making again soon and trying the sauce on chicken, beef, etc.

Orange Fluff I
I love this recipe as is. If you dont like the texture of cottage cheese you should sub pudding. But I think just as is is awesome! Very refreshing and not heavy

French Pastry Pie Crust
This crust was tender and flaky. I loved it. Its def important to work fast because once your hands warm up the dough its becomes hard to work with.
