Butter Flaky Pie Crust

Been making a crust very similar to this one for years (only difference is some of the flour is chickpea flour in mine) but the tip about ice water and chilling the dough really helped! Great crust!

Black Bean Brownies

We love these around here because the higher protein content is so good for hypoglycemics like my husband. We replace the white sugar with 1 1/2 cups of palm (coconut) sugar so that it has a very very low glycemic index effect.

Oh yum! A new FAVORITE for sure! I put unripened goat cheese on as the topping, as I had no sour cream, and it melted so delicately and made it taste just so much more amazing in my opinion!

Mango Salsa Salmon
