I'm a poor college student in pharmacy school!! I'm living on my own now so I make my own food all of a sudden. I also get few chances to cook meals for my boyfriend when he comes, and I love planning out what we will eat!

Todd's Famous Blueberry Pancakes
These were good...my qualms: not sweet enough, they needed more sugar! Also, the recipe says it yields 12, but i barely got 5! If you plan on making these for more than 2 or 3 people, I would double the recipe.

Deviled Eggs
These are so delicious and present so nicely! I was excited to find this recipe--the way my family always made them included worcestershire sauce for the tartness, but it always discolors the yolks a little bit. The white vinegar adds that flavor without discoloring! And the sugar adds an extra dimension. After mixing I put the stuffing in a sandwich bag and cut off a corner to pipe into the eggs. Great recipe--will use every time!
