Spinach Artichoke Feta Ball

This dip went over well with friends and family. I ended up adding about 1/2 cup of mayo to reduce the thickness and cut the saltiness. Next time I will used only 1/4 or 1/2 of the ranch packet. The ranch seasoning combined with the feta cheese made this rather salty. It was still delicious!

Mediterranean Harvest Pasta

This pasta dish was good but I would use about 1/2 the required amount of olives. They ended up over-powering the dish. I substituted chicken for the beggie crumbles and it was a nice combo.

Pumpkin Dip

This dip was a big hit at my family Thankksgiving. They were still talking about it at Christmas. I used extra cream cheese - almost double what is called for in the recipe.
