Garlic-Ginger Chicken Wings
These were FANTASTIC. Took a little bit of effort, but we devoured them. So crispy and the sauce puts it over the top. We didn't change a thing. Perfection.

Mouth-Watering Stuffed Mushrooms
These are man approved! My hubby and all his construction employees devoured them. They particularly liked the hit of spice. Only change I made was to saute some onions and shallots with the minced stems. Made the filling a couple of days ahead and piped the caps from a zip-lock the day of. Took no time at all. Needed a bit more salt, but other than that - perfection!

Mark's English Sausage Rolls
I made these for our family's construction company Christmas party this weekend. 40+ hungry plumbers, electricians, carpenters and other burly men gobbled them up! They were so busy waiting for the next batch to come out of the oven that they forgot to play poker!!! We made our own sausage from scratch which was worth the effort. 5lbs of pork shoulder butt ground and mixed with 5 cloves of garlic, paprika, chipolte chillies, brown sugar, fresh oregano, pepper and 40 grams of sea salt. They baked up 20 mins in a 400 degree oven from frozen and weren't greasy at all. Easy and AWESOME!!!
