High Temperature Eye-of-Round Roast

AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!! I would have never thought of doing a roast like this but this was GREAT!!!!!!!!!! My husband loves roast beef and every time I try to make it it comes out a greyish color all the way through and has the consistency of shoe leather. But this was PERFECT!!!!!!! I marinated my 3lb eye of round in vegetable oil and McCormick's Meat Marinade Seasoning Mix and it was DELICIOUS!!!!!!!!!! Crispy and slightly blackened on the outside, pink and perfect on the inside and SO MOIST!!!!!!!!!!!! I will never cook roast beef any other way ever again!!!!!!! THANK YOU LYN B!!!!!!!

Schnitzel

Excellent recipe. The only thing I changed was I substituted boneless pork chops for the cube steaks. My husband raved and raved. He lived in Germany for 8 years and developed a serious addiction to schnitzels. This was very authentic. I'll definitely make it again.

Chicken Cordon Bleu I

Fantastic! My husband absolutely loved this and he doesn't like ANYTHING! Very picky. My teen daughters helped make it and now ask for it all the time. I substituted pepper jack cheese for the Swiss, used 2 slices of Oscar Mayer Deli Fresh ham and dipped the rolled chicken in egg before breading. Thanks so much!
