Wonderful.....Also changed out the ham for Oscar Meyer-Ready cooked bacon (MUCH QUICKER)... and switched the water for Chicken Broth......Put everything together in a Ziploc bag in the morning so all I had to do was pour in the pan and add broth and butter when it was time to eat....served for Mother's Day yesterday and they were a HUGE Hit with my parent's-In-Laws-& Husband!!! Thanks for sharing!!

Taco Pie

5 Stars......Only made a few changes to add some more Flavor and tailor to what our family likes....layered refined beans on top of the crust....& added a small can of mild green chilies and some diced green onions to the Groundbeef was cooking before the Taco seasoning!! Also enough sour cream over the meat mixture -just to cover... Everything else as is! Thanks for a wonderful recipe my 5 year old daughter said "Mom this is sooooo delicious!!"

Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread

Made EXACTLY as the recipe stated- have made 6 loaves in the last week...everyone loved it- (even my husband who does not like pumpkin) making more to ftreeze for the Holidays!!!

Chicken with Stuffing

I seasoned my chicken breasts with poultry seasoning first, also added 1 can of cream of celery, and as others suggested mixed my stuffing w/chicken broth instead of water, and added two cans of New potatoes....the chicken was so moist and even my 5 year old loved it!!!

Creamy Potato Pork Chop Bake

Loved this recipe. I made a few changes as well by using some of the reviews- I seasoned the porkchops and let them sit with the seasoning until ready to cook; I also added minced garlic to the vegetable oil before browning the pork chops and added a cup of the Oscar Mayer ready made cooked bacon pieces; also used more cheese! Even my 4 year old cleared her plate and asked for seconds!! Tami

Chili II

This recipe was great. I have been searching for a GOOD chili recipe without alot of chunky tomatoes- since my husband dosen't like them.....so I did this recipe with a few slight changes- I put the diced tomatoes and green chilies in the mini food processor first; Also did not use the tomato juice; Added fresh garlic to the meat as cooking; substituted some Tomatoe puree for the can of diced tomatoes.....cooked on low in crockpot for 2and 1/2 hours-DELICIOUS!
