4H Banana Bread
This was really good! I made a few changes - I used 1 1/2 cups wheat flour, 1/2 cup unbleached flour, unsweetened coconut milk instead of regular milk, and organic unbleached sugar instead of regular sugar. It tasted great to us (I'm the health nut, my husband is my poor guinea pig). The amount of banana is just right!

Pumpkin Soup
This was the first time I had ever made pumpkin soup, and I was not disappointed! What a great recipe! My husband and I loved it. We're planning on making it again this October. He carved a jack o'lantern, and I roasted the seeds and made the soup. :)
