Easy Peach Cobbler

this is a great recipe I've been using this one for 8 years or more now and I use 2 cans of peaches as well as dicing them instead of leaving them whole... I like peaches and depending on your own taste this recipe is VERY easy to modify... My sisNlaw likes more dough than peach so she uses less peaches....either way it always turns out great... Have tried it with pinapples and blueberries as well... GREAT...

Baked Potato Soup

I used this recipe as a base for my own... Instead of using the 2 tbsp of flour I used my own pre-made roux... It turned out great because I like a thicker broth...

Egg Custard Pie IV

I used 3 eggs and NEVER scald my milk... Always use a 9 inch un-baked pie crust and nutmeg to dust the top of the pie... cooked at 425 for 10 minutes and then @ 325 for an add'l 35- 45 minutes... I always allow the pie to cool 1 hour on a rack and then refrigerate to cool... delicious....

Feta Cheese and Bacon Stuffed Breasts

I usually don't make changes in recipes and then comment on them but I've tried a variation of this one before and didn't care for the softness of the bacon so I wrapped the breast in bacon instead of stuffing them and seasoned very well with seasoned salt, drizzled in olive oil and wow what a dish...

Made this for Sunday Dinner with bacon wrapped chicken breast and garden salad, the manicotti, I precooked the manicotti in salted water aldente, I loved this recipe just needs to be cooked to taste for me and my gang...

Lemon Butter Cookies

These are the lightest most delicated little cookies... I made them just a bit thicker than suggested and added 1 tbsp more lemon juice to the recipe... They turned out excellent.... I did however try the original recipe first and thought that it needed something extra for my taste but overall a GREAT little cookie....

love the sauce...I used regular distilled vinegar instead of the cider vinegar... and it is absolutely wonderful also added red pepper flakes for a touch of spice.... ohhh just in heaven...

Just pulled this out of the oven and cannot wait to cut into it... smells great and looks great...Very moist but lacking the taste I was looking for... Next bake i'll adjust the recipe by adding vanilla or almond and or use cream cheese instead of sour cream...
