Rich Chocolate Frosting
Wow! The best chocolate frosting I've used yet! It was perfect for cupcakes. I recommend a high quality cocoa powder since there is such an intense chocolate flavor.

Creme Brulee
So delicious!! I used 1/2 heavy cream and 1/2 fat free evaporated milk to make it with less fat and still rich

Chocolate Butter-Creme Frosting
Absolutely delicious! I doubled this for 18 cupcakes (did not double the milk). I also added some good quality cocoa powder and this turned out AMAZING!
