Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

I followed the recipe except used chicken broth instead of beer. I didn't want to chance it since I don't like beer. My family and boyfriend loved it. I ate it for about 3 days in a row and didn't get sick of it. This is definitely a fav. Thanks!

Chicken Wing Dip

Superfast Asparagus

This recipe was sooo simple. We don't ever eat asparagus in my family, so we were skeptic but everyone loved it! I rubbed the asparagus down with a little bit of olive oil first instead of spraying it. I will definitely make this again.

Creole Cornbread Stuffing

We have been using the same stuffing recipe for years, and I decided to switch it up this year. My whole family liked this dressing better! I couldn't find chile peppers anywhere so I used something that looked similar. Next time I will use a little less salt, and cut the recipe in half because it made enough to feed a small army. Thanks!

Cajun Chicken Lasagna

I made this for a group of 6 girls, everyone loved it. I had no leftovers. I didn't have sage or celery so I left those ingrediants out and it was still fabulous.

Herbed Pork Roast

This was easy to make and had great flavor! The one tip I have is to watch it closely if you don't have a meat thermometer. I put the roast in and set the time to 2 and 1/2 hours. I checked it with the thermometer at 2 hours and it was already done and over temperature.
