Surprisingly very good. I didn't know what to expect, but this was good. My husband gobbled it all up!

Banana Crumb Muffins

Reviewed: Jun. 1, 2009
I have a 4 mini loaf pan I have never used, so I doubled the recipe and baked at 350 for 30 minutes, as another reviewer stated. These were absolutely delicious! I did make one minor change, I substituted the sugar for Splenda sugar blend.

Burgundy Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: Sep. 15, 2009
OMG!!! This was delicious. I have needed a recipe for a pork roast, since I make them frequently (to get away from too much red meat) but I find them boring and lacking flavor, even when I season them well. This was wonderful. I also love that this is the type of recipe you can make for guests and know that everyone is going to love it, without a doubt!

Butter Brickle Frozen Delight

Reviewed: Sep. 20, 2009
Simply delicious! I cut the white sugar in half, and did use butterscotch sauce. Very rich, but not too sweet at all. Perfect dessert for a big crowd, since you don't have to serve large slices of it. I also used a 9x13 pan since I dont have a springform pan. I froze for 5 hours and it seemed perfect. Yummy! Cant wait to make again and take to my next family gathering.

Made this for my mom's birthday dinner, using a 6 lb. loin so I tripled the recipe. Turned out absolutely delicious.

Round Steak and Gravy II

Reviewed: Apr. 8, 2011
I made this in my Nesco slow cooker and it was outstanding. My husband is very picky and he absolutely raved about it. I added a can of sliced mushrooms, and had to use cream of mushroom and cream of celery because thats all I had, still great. Ive made again following the recipe exact and it is wonderful both ways. I cooked in the roaster on low for 7 hours......cant wait to make again.......

Spaghetti Squash I

Reviewed: Jan. 21, 2012
I've never eaten spaghetti squash before, but had been wanting to try as I am trying not to eat carbs for dinner. I thought this was amazing. Like another reviewer said, the squash is not offensive at all and the basil and feta stood out ....yummy :)

Mexican Shrimp Cocktail

Reviewed: Jan. 29, 2012
Incredible!!! Just as good if not better than the ones served here on the border at some of the best Mexican restaurants. I did add cucumber and extra clamato because we like them with a lot of juice. I can't wait to make this for our next big party.

Salisbury Steak

Reviewed: Feb. 28, 2012
This was very, very good. I was surprised at how moist the meat turned out. Just a side note, I have made this according to recipe posted, and also tweaked a bit, and both are great. If you like a more onion salty meat, you can add a packet of onion soup mix and cream of mushroom soup to the gravy and its wonderful. Sometimes I only use 1/2 packet of the onion soup because hubby doesnt like alot of salt...if i do it this way I dont add any salt to the hamburger meat. Dont forget to add fresh mushrooms to gravy if you like them!

Pork Chops Deluxe

Reviewed: Apr. 25, 2012
Made as written and was great, and also have made using red wine to deglaze the pan and have substituted cream of mushroom when I'm out of golden mushroom. It's so good either way. Even picky hubby loved it since my pan fried mushrooms are typically a bit dry :)

Wow! This is better than regular lasagna . We are doing a low carb diet and this was amazing. I did use ground turkey to cut the fat that I seasoned up with curry, paprika and salt and used low fat mozzarella. Can't wait to make for guests...absolutely delicious.

Juicy Thanksgiving Turkey

Reviewed: Nov. 22, 2012
I am so thankful to come across this recipe. Since my Mother hasn't been feeling too well I volunteered to make the thanksgiving turkey this year, never have made one before and was oh so scared! This turkey turned out amazing and was very juicy and tender. I did use sparkling cider since I had that on hand and figured it would be pretty close. I had a 22 lb turkey and I ended up cooking it 3 hours then removed foil for 30 minutes to brown, then covered again for another 1 1/2 hours for a total of 5 hours. I'm already looking forward to Christmas just to make this again!
