PERFECT pie crust! Over thanksgiving I made a strawberry rhubarb pie with this, 2 pumpkin pies with the Best Ever Pie Crust from this site and the Pecan V with the Better Homes and Gardens pie crust. All were easy to work with but this one had such delicious FLAVOR!! Make sure to add in water 1 T. at a time - i didn't use all the water it suggested. This will be my go to pie crust from now on!

Banana Crumb Muffins

Muffin = okay. The real winner on this is the topping. I TRIPLED it. Added half on and baked them most of the way and then added the rest on. The topping was crisp and made the muffins delicious!

Chicken and Spinach Ravioli

it was ok. I nixed the spinach (husband doesn't do veggies!) but the mixture was pretty good. my first attempt at homemade pasta.... it was ok. here are things i would do differently: 1. Roll the pasta out very very thin 2. Make the strips wider (4 inches??) 3. Put less filling on My biggest issue was getting the ravioli to stay sealed.... all my filling came out. Not sure what i did wrong.

Baked Garlic Parmesan Chicken

Yum! I liked this recipe a lot. I took Emma_Lou's recommendation and used pepperidge farm's stuffing mix and it was good. This is my new "go to" baked chicken recipe - perfect with mashed potatoes and veggies when you have dinner guests!!

Traditional Mashed Potatoes

If you're looking for delicious mashed potatoes, this is it. Nothing fancy, but the recipe (along with the betty crocker tip of putting the potatoes back in the pan for a few seconds after you drain them) was GREAT. I warmed up the milk and the butter before i added it (and probably ended up putting twice as much butter). YUM.

Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies

FANTASTIC!!! This chocolate lover (and my husband) absolutely loved these. I had Hershey's dark cocoa and it was delectable. It's thick and delicious and chocolately and the oatmeal adds a great texture. You've got to double the recipe. It's honestly in the top 3 best doughs i've ever tasted. i made the first batch as the recipe said - wonderful. in two days, i had to make another batch BUT was out of oatmeal. i added in chopped walnuts and peanut butter chips.... GREAT!!

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

YUM YUM YUM! This is the BEST PUMPKIN BREAD EVER!!! I sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on the bottom and on top of the muffins/ bread before i baked it. Love to use crystallized sugar for a prettier look.
