Pumpkin Pancakes

SOOOO yummy! I did fat free evaporated milk, splash of vanilla, extra Tablespoon of sugar and extra spices - - SO yummy! i used the tip and spread out the pancakes: my husband loved them!!

Cabbage Fat-Burning Soup

good!! i was a little nervous (my first time using cabbage) but it was great!! I did add in some ground sirloin since i wasn't trying to make this a "fat burning" soup just a healthy lunch!

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies I

YUM! Super chocolatey and delicious. I had to cook them for 10 minutes though... even doing 8 and having them sit on the cookie sheet for 5 minutes wasn't enough in my oven.

Slow Cooker Beef Stew I

GREAT base for black bean soup. Confession - i mostly made this because i wanted to use my new immersion blender - - and it was FANTASTIC! Added another can of black beans and a can of diced tomatoes too. And spiced it up more - i honestly don't think i've ever made anything with one spice! Served with shredded cheese and green onions on top (and a dab of fat free sour cream for me!) YUM!

DELICIOUS!!!! Had this and Jo's Rosemary bread cooking all day on a Sunday afternoon... so yummy!! didn't have zucchini, but added mushrooms. this soup was filling and delicious!

Banana Nut Bread II

pretty good! subbed applesauce for margarine and used 2 bananas... i think with both of those it made the bread a tiny bit too moist (didn't cook fully on the very top) will play around with ingredients but plan to make again! (also just dumped mine in the bread machine in the order written)

Big Batch Kris Kringle Cookies

i originally got these cookies off kraftfoods.com and even though i'm a milk/dark chocolate lover, i LOVE these cookies!! I get requests every Christmas and can't wait to make them again this season! Make sure to have the full amount of mix ins... Otherwise towards the end of the dough the cookies will be very flat

yum and yum! I too added the sauce to the apples and also added a splash of vanilla and some cinnamon and nutmeg. However the recipe calls for WAY too many apples!! I only used 6 and i still had way too much spilling out of my pie that i had to make a mini pie. Next time i would do 4 or 5

Apple Crisp II

good! cut recipe in half and made in 8x8 pan (used about 1 1/2 times the amount of topping, didn't melt butter, just cut in). The flavor was good and tasted yummy served warm with vanilla ice cream. Used golden delicious and i think next time i would use a more sour apple like granny smith. I rated it a 3 only because i think it was missing something that gave it that extra punch... more spices maybe? or maybe just the more sour apples will do?

yummy and SO RICH!! made in a 8x8 pan and served warm with vanilla ice cream... it was pretty eggy for me - i might try one egg yolk less (and i used more bread)

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies III

yum! i followed Crystal's changes and this cookie was easy and tasty. I stored them in the refrigerator, but they were definitely best warm. Next time would serve them right out of the oven
