Aimee's Quick Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2009
This was pretty good. The sweet taste plus the salty taste was good, but I think next time I will leave out the mustard. I used real bacon instead of bacon bits. I made it with mashed red potatos and green beans.

Blue Cheese, Bacon and Chive Stuffed Pork Chops

Reviewed: Dec. 4, 2008
These were so easy to make and turned out so good. I did not have chives so I used green onions instead. I dont like to much crunch in my foods so I sautéed the green onions first then added them to the blue cheese and bacon. I cooked the pork for about 30 minutes to make sure that it was done. I served this with garlic red potatos and everyone loved it!

Lime Chicken Soft Tacos

Reviewed: Nov. 17, 2008
these tacos were great. we mixed up the recipe a little and grilled the chicken on the BBQ first. after we cut it up into strips and put it all in a pan with lime juice and garlic. we used corn torillas instead and added some olives and cheese to the tracos. they turned out great.

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies III

Reviewed: Nov. 17, 2008
These cookies were a big hit with my family. Everyone loved them. these cookies are very unusual because of using oil instead of butter. the cookies come out more like muffins or bread texture then cookies. either way they were a big hit!! I cooked them on parchment paper so that they would not sick. thanks

Chicken Flautas

Reviewed: Nov. 17, 2008
this recipe is great. I have cooked it several times. after I boil the chicken and shred it I mix togather in a bowl some sour cream, cheese, hot sauce, and spices. I add the chicken and mix it all togather and then roll into the corn tortialls. you need a lot more oil then the recipe calls for as others have noted.

Oatmeal Butterscotch Cookies

Reviewed: Nov. 17, 2008
This is a great recipe. I was looking for a recipe to use some butterscotch chips that I had. I followed some suggestions made by others. I cooked these at 350 instead of 375 and for 9min. they turned out perfect. I also added 1/2 cup of white chocolate chips. My husband who doesn't really like cookies had 4 before bed. thanks for the recipe, I will use this again.
