Christmas Maple Fudge

Reviewed: Dec. 11, 2008
I'm not exactly sure why this recipe is called fudge but it is not. I should have realized something was wrong when looking at the recipe but it is missing the bulk....marshmellows, mm cream or whatever. This is much more similar to a caramel recipe but even though i've had my fair share of candy making in the past and followed the directions to a "T" it came out very grainy. It did have a good flavor though.

Apple Butter Pork Loin

This is the best pork I have ever had. The first time I made this I doubled the recipe and my children ate all of it within the hour. Phenomenal!!!

Chess Cake

Reviewed: Oct. 13, 2008
This is one of my husband's favorites growing up and i was eager to give it a try. The recipe is quite good. I have learned through trial and error that it is best made in a jelly roll pan and cut into cookie sized pieces due to the richness of it. I decrease the baking time to about 40 minutes.

Creamy Chipotle Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 20, 2011
This dish was wonderful and quite addicting. The next time I make it I will definitely be reducing the amount of chipotle as a few in my family couldn't handle the spice.

Addictive Sesame Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 17, 2014
This recipe is fantastic and a definite keeper!! We absolutely love Chinese food and this is the only recipe that may family will accept. I usually double or even triple the recipe (the sauce recipe too) so that we have leftovers. Thanks for sharing!
