Hello there, just a little about me, I never cook anything the same way twice, just in the fact that I use recipes as a quick reference, and docter them to my taste and what I have available.
My favorite things to cook
I like chopping and mixing multiple foods together, I doctor everything. I would say my Deviled Eggs I have been making the longest and anyone that likes Deviled Eggs, has always loved them. Always been very good with sauces and gravy's. Along with slow cooked meats.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Probably Thanksgiving dinners, For about the last 8 years, no matter what state or where im at, I have always been part of cooking the feast, if not preparing it myself. Also, Sunday early dinner I have always loved, while the man is at home watching sports Im cooking away in the kitchen.
My cooking triumphs
Pulling together a full meal with little to nothing in the frig..
My cooking tragedies
Forgetting the Bread in the oven, or turning it off and not taking it out, I've scrapped a lot of bread bottoms!

Shrimp Verde
Very good! I changed it up a bite, but same Idea. I pelled the shrimp about 5 hrs ahead and put Shrimp, 2 tblsp Olive oil, 1 tblsp lemon juice, garlic powder, some green onion, parsely and added some Chipolte and put into a ziplock back (take out extra air) and put in refrigerator until I was ready to cook it later, then followed the directions. Added extra garlic, green onions and parmesan as well. But very good!
