I'm a wife and mother to the best boys in the world! I work as an RN, which I love. I also love to travel, read, and sleep late in the mornings... We have 2 chinchillas and 3 cats (at the moment), but I am an animal magnet so that can change... :) Anything that makes my boys say, "Wow, Mom, I LOVE this... can we have it again tomorrow?" I was born on Thanksgiving Day, and that has always been my absolute favoritest meal of the year! We have added a few things through the years (like a cranberry jello salad that is the bomb), and somewhere we lost the giblets (thank goodness!), but we still do the basics the way Great-Grandma taught us. Mmmmmm! Christmas cookies, and our yearly Christmas morning brunch casserole, would have to be my next favorite.
