Slow-Cooker Corned Beef and Cabbage

Great recipe my only change is to take the meat out of the crock pot when cooked. Put corned beef in pan cover with foil and place in a 200 degree oven. This takes some of the moisture from the meat, and easy for slicing. Then add the sliced cabbage to crock until cooked and tender.. By thanking out the meat, the meat doesn't taste like cabbage. Great with mustard and horseradish. Enjoy. My partners mother told me this over 40 years ago.

Incredibly Cheesy Turkey Meatloaf

When I make a meat loaf. I usually line a rimed pan with parchment paper. Then make the meat loaf in the shape of a football. I try to make it the same thickness, so it cooks evenly. And if the cheese oozes out it ends up on the rimed parchment paper. I will be making this turkey meat loaf next week, sounds great.

Chik-Fil-A® Slaw (Copycat)

I make this but I never have buttermilk. So for the half cup of milk I add one tsp. white vinegar and let it rest five minutes. Or double the recipe if needed. Also for extra crunch if I have them I shred radishes into the slaw. Great recipe as is I really hate to tweet someone's recipe. One more thing, I don't use a box shredder. Use a knife and slice and chop as thin as possible. The slaw won't get as soggy, and will last another day without being to wet.

Caprese Burger

Great recipe, for the person that did'n want to open a can of tomato paste for 1 Tablespoon. I learned to open can , take what's needed then on waxed paper drop tablespoons and freeze either wrap searately. and put in freezer bags. Then use what's needed, for sauces, stews etc. NO waste.
