Instead of using ground beef we used 1/2 pound of HOT sausage and 1/2 a pound of mild. I think that made up for any blandness.

Spinach Enchiladas Verde

Saw the many opinions that this is too spicy. Made the green salsa from BOYS1 on allrecipes (made it less spicey for the kids) and it was not spicy at all. Definitly cook the spinich first and squeeze dry.

Cream Puffs

I have made this dozens of time. Instead of the filling, I Make the "french" version by cutting the puff in half (once cooked of course!)and placing a little chocolate sause in the bottom. then add a little scoop of vanilla ice cream, cover with other half. Add a little whipped topping and drizzle with chocolate sauce. WONDERFUL!
