I forgot to add in the celery and onions and it still turned out delicious.

yum, best chili ever. used newcastle beer (a little extra!) chorizo sausage and baked beans with bacon flavoring instead of the bacon bits and can of beans in sauce. yum yum

Sangria! Sangria!

This was fantastic and will be regularly made in my house now!! I used ginger ale as a topper, really tasty. Only problem is it ran out too fast :)

Chewy Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Jun. 22, 2009
??? These weren't chewy at all. Very dry. I just read the recipe again to make sure I didn't forget an ingredient...not sure what went wrong here.

Best Lemonade Ever

Reviewed: May 19, 2009
This was better the longer I refridgerated it...I got too anxious and had my first glass shortly after making it. Good but not great. After a couple hours of chilling it was delicious and I couldn't get enough.

Coconut Poke Cake

Reviewed: May 11, 2009
I made this for mother's day. This was a really moist, yummy cake. I didn't use the whole coconut creme/milk mixture to pour onto the cake. I only used about 2/3's as I was afraid the cake would be too wet. I made this the night before and refridgerated the cake overnight. Also, I used chocolate fudge cake mix. The cake didn't have too much of a coconut flavor to it? Maybe because the chocolate cake overpowered it. But it was really moist, delicious, and very pretty. Mine didn't come out too sweet as other reviews have warned.

Fettuccine Alfredo V

Reviewed: Dec. 1, 2008
This was really good and very easy. I had a hard time picking from all the recipes for Alfredo sauce (it was my first time making sauce instead of buying a jar of it) but I am glad I picked this one. Will never buy store brand again, this was so much better.

Carrie's Artichoke and Sun-Dried Tomato Pasta

Reviewed: Nov. 19, 2008
This was so good! Like restaurant quality and really easy to make. My husband who doesn't even like anything in the pasta was even a fan! My only variation from the recipe was using angel hair pasta. I did cook the sauce much longer than it called for in order for it to reduce and added grilled chicken. Other than that I followed the recipe exactly and it was great!

Too Much Chocolate Cake

Reviewed: Nov. 10, 2008
Yum, this was good. But I had some issues with the baking time....the top started burning while the middle of the cake was still gooey. I even cut back on the oil like others had suggested. I did make mine in a 9x13 pan, so I just took off a thin layer on the top. It was delicious, I put chocolate fudge frosting on the top. My chocolate lover guests really enjoyed it.
