I loved the idea of individual servings like this but I wanted to lower the calories so I made some changes. I doubled the crust. I used low fat honey graham crackers (4 sheets that I smashed in a plastic bag, made 2/3 cup) plus an extra TBSP of margarine. Instead of sugar I used sugar substitute. I also used egg substitute in place of the egg, and fat free cream cheese. I greased five 1-cup ramekins, baked the crust for 5 minutes then filled them with the cream cheese mixture and baked for 25 more minutes in a water bath. With the changes the total calorie count was 119, and the portion size was perfect. I rated it 5 stars but I have not tasted it yet (wishful thinking I guess) because its cooling but as soon as I do I will post how it turned out! *******UPDATE*****Ok so this tastes good but it is NOT the real thing :) I topped it with a strawberry sauce to make it even yummier!
