Yum, this is 4.5 stars! I made some minor changes. I left out the flour. I doubled the crust and added cinnamon and nutmeg to the mixture. After beating the cream cheese and sugar, I did all the rest of the mixing by hand (wooden spoon). I cooked the cheesecake in a water bath. I used a slow-cooker bag to put the cheesecake pan in so the water wouldnt seep into the cheesecake. I cooked it for an hour then turned off the oven and let is sit inside for 2 hours. NO CRACKING! But the edges got a little brown which was disappointing. It tasted delicious anyways!
