Tina's Fruit Dip

Really good and easy to make.......Even though I made the mistake of using tablespoons instead of teaspoons with the vanilla extract. Will make again-next time I'll pay more attention and I'm sure it will still be delicious.

Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

THESE ARE IT!! I have searched and searched for a recipe that would match my favorite oatmeal raisin cookies from my favorite bistro back in the states ( I live in Japan) and this is finally it. I used the recipe, changed nothing, and they came out wonderful. Thank you so much for posting!!!!!

Fruited Curry Chicken Salad

I left out the raisins and apples, mostly because I didn't have them and left the pecans out of my husbands sandwiches but kept them in mine and put it on croissants. We both loved it! I'll try the apples in it next time just to try it out but it's not a required ingredient for a sandwich that really hits the spot.
